Zoé Saint-Pierre, Osteopathic Intern (I.O.)

Originally trained as a violinist, Zoé Saint-Pierre saw in osteopathy a natural extension of her human sensitivity. This field allows her to combine attentive listening, a deep understanding of the body, and a strong commitment to improved well-being.

Zoé takes a collaborative approach with her clients, aiming to understand the root causes of their physical discomfort and work together toward sustainable solutions. She views osteopathy as a form of body investigation—gathering clues to address the source of the issue rather than focusing solely on symptoms.

She works with a diverse clientele and has a particular interest in supporting individuals living with chronic pain. Zoé is also trained as a doula, allowing her to assist women, babies, and families throughout the perinatal period.

Zoé has been an Osteopathic Intern (I.O.) since 2020 and is completing her training at École d’ostéopathie Enosi.

What is Osteopathy?

Osteopathy is a manual approach based on an in-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

Osteopaths use a wide range of techniques tailored to each individual’s needs to support mobility, balance, and the body’s natural self-regulation mechanisms. The goal is to support the body in restoring harmony and to promote overall well-being.
