About me:
My Journey
- 2002: Discovered tennis — the beginning of a passion for sports and personal growth.
- 2012: First major endurance challenge: a 12 km Spartan Race at Mont-Tremblant. Back then, running 5 km felt impossible. That race was a turning point.
- 2013: First marathon in Montreal, without ever having run a half-marathon. That same year: first triathlon (70.3).
- 2013–2023: Continuous progression — half-marathons, marathons, 70.3 triathlons. Learned to swim as an adult, a key milestone in my athletic development.
- 2024: Full Ironman Cozumel (under 14h30). A demanding race that taught me to engage both mind and body.
- 2026: On the road to my next Full Ironman in Nice, with two other marathons already on the schedule.
What Endurance Has Taught Me
- Consistency beats “all-out” intensity.
- The mind is trained just like the body — one step at a time.
- Sustainable health requires balance between effort, recovery, and enjoyment.
My Approach Today
I support individuals who want to:
- get back in shape in a realistic way,
- lose weight sustainably,
- regain energy and discipline,
- build a training routine without burning out.
